DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes we can ship worldwide and offer a standard shipping cost at checkout.


Delivery times vary according to different countries. We use Royal Mail International Standard delivery. This is not a tracked service. 

If you would like faster tracked shipping through UPS or FEDEX please contact us directly for a quote.

DO YOU OFFER PERSONALISATION?

Some of our products can be personalised with names. You will be able to select this on the product page.

CAN YOU DO COMMISSIONS?

We may sometimes be able to create custom illustrations or add extra animals to our artwork but this depends how busy we are.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not happy with your purchase we are happy to refund you. Please return the item unused and in its original packaging with your receipt. 

We are unable to refund personalised products unless there has been an error on our part. In this case we can correct and replace your item, or refund you if you prefer. 

As a tiny micro business all feedback both good and bad is really valuable. We only ask that if you are unhappy with your purchase you contact Marianne, the owner, directly so she can see if she can help in the first instance.
